The Hess Collection Visitor's Center

The Hess Collection Visitor's Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for public visits and tastings. For groups of 8 or less, taste four current release wines at $10 per person in the tasting room. PRIVATE TOUR & WINE TASTING

Enjoy an educational wine production tour followed by a current release wine presentation with your own private host from The Hess Collection.
7 days a week. $25 per person. Advanced reservations required.

WINE EDUCATIONAL TOUR AND TASTING EVERY OTHER SUNDAY

Wine 101 crash course, hosted by Bob Becker C.S. CWP Senior Wine Educator offered every other Sunday. This informative, comprehensive tour and tasting experience lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes. Begin with a taste of the wine of the day and a visit to an organically-farmed, historical vineyard. Continue on to the 107-year-old winery/barrel room where viticulture, fermentation and barrel influence are discussed. The tour proceeds to the Private Dining Room looking out on the scenic Mount Veeder hills, where you will taste five wines during a tutorial on wine knowledge foundation, tasting technique and wine evaluation.

Offered at 1:00pm Sundays: September 5 and 19, October 3, 17 and 31, November 7 and 21, December 5 and 19 (Every other Sunday)
Cost is $25 per person and reservations are required. Participants may be accepted on the tour day if space is available.

RESERVED FOOD & WINE TASTINGS

TOUR OF THE PALATE
Enjoy a guided tour of The Hess Collection Contemporary Art Museum followed by a tasting of three current release wines expertly paired with three exquisite creations from Hess Collection's Executive Chef, Chad Hendrickson.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.- $40 per person. Advanced reservations required.

TOUR, WINE & CHEESE PAIRING
Enjoy an educational, wine production tour with your own private host from The Hess Collection, followed by a current release wine presentation paired with local Artisan cheeses.
7 days a week: $30 per person. Advanced reservations required.

WINE & CHEESE TASTING IN THE GARDEN

Taste underneath vines of wisteria, surrounded by contemporary sculptures and beautifully landscaped gardens. Experience our newest pairing of Mount Veeder Wines with Artisanal cheeses in the comfort of our newly created reclaimed teak wood tables and chairs. Cost is $9 for the 3 Mount Veeder wine sampler and $14 for the 6 oz. cheese plate with crackers, dried fruits and nuts (tax not included).

CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM
The Hess Collection Contemporary Art Museum, featuring works from Donald Hess Private Collection is open daily to the public from 10 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Self-guided iPod audio tours available.
